Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?

Only electric and gas barbecues are permitted. Open-fire barbecues (wood, charcoal) are strictly forbidden on the campsite and in the surrounding forest.

Can I choose my pitch or mobile home?

You can indicate your preferences at the time of booking.

Are bicycles available for hire on site?

We rent bicycles (adult size only), with a deposit of €200 per bike. Rental rates are as follows: 1/2 day = €10 / 1 day = €12 / 1 week = €45

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrivals are between 4pm and 8pm and departures between 8am and 10am.

Do I have to pay for wifi?

We offer Wifi access at the following rates: 6h = 10€ / 1 week = 20€ / 2 weeks = 30€ / 1 week family (3 devices) = 40€ / 2 weeks family (3 devices) = 50€.

Is wearing a bracelet compulsory?

Wearing an anti-allergy, tamper-proof wristband is compulsory. It will be given to you on arrival and must be worn permanently on the wrist or ankle.

Is there wifi in the campsite?

Do I have to pay for the kids’ club?

The mini-club is free.

Can I put a tent next to the mobile home?

Tents are not permitted on mobile home plots.

Can I arrive outside reception opening hours?

If you have a reservation, you can arrive outside reception hours, but you must inform us by e-mail info@cca33.com or by telephone. 05 56 09 10 25

Are visitors welcome?

If you receive visitors, they must be declared at reception. They must leave their vehicle outside the campsite, pay the visitor supplement and leave a piece of identification during the visit (to be collected before reception closes).

Are there any shops on the campsite?

On the campsite, you’ll find a mini-market, a delicatessen/wine cellar, a takeaway restaurant and a bar.

Can we bring our own barbecue?

Are CAF vouchers accepted?

We do not accept CAF vouchers.

Do you offer any entertainment at the campsite?

In July and August, we offer daily entertainment from Monday to Friday: sports activities, mini-club (for children aged 6 to 11) and evening entertainment.

Are pets allowed on the campsite?

Pets are allowed on camping pitches (from €3 to €7 per day, depending on the season). Compulsory vaccination card with up-to-date rabies vaccine. 1ʳᵉ and 2ᵉ category dogs are strictly forbidden.

Can we leave outside reception opening hours?

You can leave outside reception hours, but you’ll need to complete the administrative formalities the day before your departure.

Do you offer cleaning packages?

We do not offer a cleaning package. A minimum of 150€ will be deducted from the security deposit for any rental not returned in a perfectly clean condition.

Do you have a kids’ club?

The mini-club is free.

Do I have to pay for the kids’ club?

We have a mini-club open in July and August from Monday to Friday for children aged 6 to 11. The Mini-Club is a service, not a day-care center (so we need to be able to find you on the campsite in case of any problems).

Do I need to make an appointment for the rental departure?

You must make an appointment for the departure inventory. The appointment must be made no later than the day before departure. Departures are between 8am and 10am.

Is there a launderette on the campsite?

We have washing machines (€5 per token) and tumble dryers (€3.50 per token) located in the washrooms, laundry not included.

What time should I return my mobile home?

Mobile homes must be vacated by 10am.

Are pets allowed in the rental?

Pets are strictly forbidden in rental accommodation.

How do I cancel a reservation?

For cancellations, please contact us by e-mail info@cca33.com or by telephone 05 56 09 10 25.

Are minors accepted?

We do not accept minors unaccompanied by their parents.

Are animations included?

The events are free and take place in July and August.

Is there a multisport pitch?

We have a multisport field – free access.

When can I get my deposit back?

Deposits are returned according to the departure inventory.

Is there a tennis court?

We have a tennis court available for hire. Rates are as follows: 50 minutes = 8€ / 10×50 minutes subscription = 65€.

What to do if you arrive late?

In the event of late arrival or unforeseen circumstances, please contact reception before 7.00 pm.

What is the tourist tax?

Tourist tax: €0.61 per adult per night is collected by the commune of Hourtin.

How do I modify a reservation?

Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of installation?

On the day of your arrival, we will ask you for 3 deposits: €20 for the automatic barrier card / €150 for the end-of-stay cleaning guarantee / €150 for the equipment.

If my mobile home is available before 4pm on the day of arrival, is it possible to arrive earlier?

You can arrive before 4pm to complete administrative formalities. However, you will not have access to the mobile home before 4pm.

Am I allowed to have guests in my mobile home? If so, what are the additional costs?

You can receive visitors daily or over several days, depending on the number of people already in the mobile home. If you have any questions about visitors, please contact us at 05 56 09 10 25.

How late can I drive into the campsite?

The gate is open from 6am to 10.30pm. After 10:30 pm you must park your car outside and enter on foot.
